The value of this work is to show from the direct and real task, not from theory or regulations, the dynamics of a communal Justice, with the activities carried out by the ronderos, and that we are sure, will swell the already enough works that are being developed around legal pluralism from the side of the southern Peruvian highlands, in order to promote in a short time in the future that we can have in our country the coexistence of recognized and protected legal systems and orders, through a state that is also plural and intercultural that can finally be congruent with the type of society and cultures that we have in Peru.

El valor del presente trabajo es mostrar desde el quehacer directo y real, no desde la teoría o la normatividad la dinámica de una Justicia comunal, con las actividades que realizan los ronderos, y que estamos seguros, engrosará los ya bastantes trabajos que se vienen desarrollando en torno al pluralismo jurídico desde el lado del altiplano del sur peruano, a fin de propiciar en un corto tiempo a futuro que se pueda tener en nuestro país la coexistencia de sistema y ordenes jurídicos reconocidos y protegidos, a través de un estado también plural e intercultural que pueda finalmente ser congruente con el tipo de sociedad y culturas que tenemos en el Perú.
