    Description: Recently, the development of aquaculture has focused on the use of seawater, because of freshwater crisis in the world. Whiteleg shrimp (Litopenaeus Vannamei) is one of the most important species for aquaculture development, because of tolerance and adaptation to different ecological conditions. One of the advantages of species in aquaculture, compatibility status is dense in the rearing period. In this study, the effect of different densities (45/m2 , 50/m2 , 55/m2 and 60/m2 ), of primary stock whiteleg shrimp postlarvae (PL12) on the growth and survival rate were evaluated. Brackish water (10.52±0.43 ppt) was providing from Caspian Sea. The experiments were performed in 12 circular concrete pond with a sandy bed (area: 78m2 ) in four treatments and three replications for each treatment. The experiments performed in a 75-day period. In this study, the water temperature was 27.4±1.79°C. The results showed statistically difference in growth parameters and survival rate among experimental treatments (Duncan test, P〈0.05). Therefore, with high levels of density, has decreased the amount of weight gain and survival rate (SR), specific growth rate (SGR) and average daily growth (ADG). In addition, the treatments were different variations of FCR (P〈0.05) and not depend on the primary stock density of postlarvae. In low density (45/m2 ) were observed the highest growth (SGR=11±0.04 and ADG=0.25±0.01 gr/day/ind.), survival rate and calculate the amount of production per 78m2 equal 43.6±3.3kg (5596±433kg/ha). Therefore, It is possibility that there is commonly increasing primary stocking of density about L. Vannamei postlarvae culture in Iran.

    Description: Aquaculture is one of the most dynamic activities of agriculture sector, and it seems the most economic part. Additional needs of population to white meat and healthy protein, increase of employment, achievement of foreign exchange sources, and environmental friend ship development are basis for sustainable aquaculture worldwide. Growing rate of aquaculture within last two decades, shows highest level among agricultural products, and have been two digits for many years. Trend of aquaculture development in Iran shows same path, and devoted high share ness of the water bodies. Warm water fish which have highest share in aquaculture production, are mainly produced in freshwater. Warm water fish production in the year 1382 was 61000 tones, and increased to 167000 tons in 1392. These figures for warm water fish produced in 4025 farms with an area of 22323 ha in 1382, and developed to 14615 farms with area of 48697 ha in the year 1392. Production of this fish shows highest amount in the country, and have high economic and export values. Cold water fish, which Rainbow trout- Onchorhynchos mykiss as the main species shows additional growth in various parts of the country, so as the production in the year 1382 was 23000 tones and increased to 143000 in 1392 (one decade). The number of farms was 562 units (89.8 has) in the year 1382, and increased to 1923 units (230 has) in the year 1392, which indicates another sign of fast growing. To achieve sustainable aquaculture in aquaculture, preparation the manuals aquaculture on Best Management Practice, feed and feeding management, Fertilizations and Enrichment, Stocking methods, Pond preparations, Aerations, Site Selection and Farm Establishment, Marketing are considered , preparation of manuals for uxorious parts of production chain is essential. Site selection, Process of establishment of farm, use of mechanization for production, providing optimum oxygen levels, selection of brood stocks , are main parts of responsible aquaculture

    Description: In this research was used sodium chloride in feed supplement to stimulate ion- osmotic regulation system of Rutilus Kutum juveniles (about one gram) in fresh water environment.The purpose of this experiment was to improve survival and growth ability of juveniles’ fish in brackish water during times of transition. The initial average weightes of Juveniles’ fish were 0.91±0.01 g (mean±SE). Experiments carried out in two phases. In step one, the Juveniles’ fish were kept for 15 days in fresh water and fed with commercial diet plus NaCl supplement (control without NaCl supplement, 5, 7 and 10 percent) in four treatments, each treatment inclusive three replication. In the second step, the fish transferred to brackish water (12.5 psu) and fed for 28 days with a commercial diet (without NaCl supplement). The results showed that no change compared to control treatment in renal tissue in step one. The difference between the kidneys were not in fish fed with NaCl supplement and without it. Nevertheless, a significant difference was observed between the size of the glomeruli and renal tubules between fresh and brackish water environments (between stage one and two), (P〈0.05). In step one, were observed in the gill accessory cells in treatments fed salt supplements. At the end of the second step, the number of gill chloride cells in fish fed with salt supplementation was more than control (P〈0.05). In addition, the highest and lowest weight gain was obtained in treatment two and four respectively (P〈0.05), and no significant difference was observed between control and treatment 3 (P〉0.05). The results showed that the fish fed dietary supplements of sodium chloride 10% versus the control treatment had less weight gain. Therefore, the was obtained the highest weight gain and growth performance (condition factor, specific growth rate) and the highest feed efficiency and protein efficiency ratio and the lowest feed conversion ratio in treatment 2 with the feeding of 5% NaCl in dietary supplements.

    Description: The present study was carried out from late October2010 to end of June 2011. Executive operations were done in two stages; proleus catching from the sea and stocking/rearing them in a control conditions. Totally, it took 8 months from start to finish. The research objectives were; - Proleus catching techniques achievement. - Proleus keeping, stoking and rearing achievement. 32 pieces of proleus and post-proleus were collected by special installed collectors at the beneath of the sea. They were stocked after adaptation and initially biometry. In order to stocking, two 4th-tone tanks (one for proleus stage and another one for post-proleus stage) were applied. 0.77 gram and 11.8 gram was recorded as average weighted for proleus and post- proleus, respectively. Four stations were chosen for collecting of require samples. They were starched from west side of Ramin’s Jetty toward east. 84% of the samples were caught from the station two, using sandwich collectors. Collector’s efficiencies were compared to each others, in this study. A significant difference was observed between the sandwich collectors efficiency with the other collectors (p〈0.05). This status was not observed between the other collectors, together (p〉0.05). Comparison of the proleus abundance between stations showed a significant difference between station 2 and other stations, but there wasn’t any sig. difference between the stations number 2, 3 and 4, together (p〉0.05). The samples were fed by fish waste, bivalves and squid. The amount of larval requirement food was calculated based on 15% of their body weight. During breading period, 50% of the rearing tanks water was exchanged, daily. Total weight, total length and carapace length was measured, monthly. 0.6 gram, 5.5 mm and 1 mm was recorded for mean total weight, mean total length and mean carapace length for proleus and 18.3 gram, 25.4 mm and 8 mm was recorded for mean total weight, mean total length and mean carapace length for post-proleus. According to the results, can be realized that growth rate in post-proleus was much faster than the growth rate of proleus. Finally, comparison of the total weight, total length and carapace length between proleus and post-proleus were showed a sig. differences between the two reared groups (p〉0.05).

    Description: Tilapia is one of African native fishes has been introduced to many thermal and temperate regions in the world for second part of twentieth century. First, intensive culture system dependes on complete and wide information in nutrition requirements, specially protein as most expensive nutrient; second, the importance of tilapia in future of Iran; and third, lipid as first non-protein energy source that is so influent and it’s unsufficient values affect negatively on growth and protein requirement, make us to investigating the protein and lipid requirement of Nile tilapia Oreochromis niloticus to achive a convience diet causing most economical interest by maximum growth and minimum feed conversion ratio. This experiment performed in Bafgh Inland Saline Water Fish Research Station. It was planned in four protein (15, 22, 29 and 36%) and three lipid (5, 9 and 13%) levels in factorial system. Thirty six 300 l tanks with 150 l water and 3 l/min water flow used for 12 treatments with triplicates. 15 male Nile tilapia fingerlings (13.94±0.88 g) kept in every tank and fed near satiation during 8 weeks experiment. There was any significant different in survival in all treatments. Growth performance (WG & SGR), feed and protein efficiency (FCR & C and PER & PCE respectively) improved with increasing proein level until 29%, however, significant positive effect was not observed by lipid increasing. Then, best economical protein and lipid level for convinienc growth performance and protein and lipid efficiency is 29 and 5% respectively. In 5% lipid, maximum growth and protein efficiency appears between 33.9 to 35.3% protein according to the mathematical method (polynomiyal curve).

    Description: Regarding the fish farming in cages, taking into account all nutritional requirements appropriate to the needs of aquaculture is essential in order to minimize damage to the environment and achieve maximum growth. Fish nutritionists should be aware about the analysis of ability to digest and absorb nutrients in the diet to prepare and adjust the diet according to the needs of aquaculture. Food must also have appropriate physical properties for food intake with minimal loss of nutrients in the water. Inadequate resources with low quality or energy consumption within food, reduced the growth performance and increased the excretion of nitrogen in the environment. Food must be designed so that the balance of minerals in food will help maintain osmotic pressure within the body of fish in salty water. Food requirements and efficiency of food conversion ratio (FCR) is variable by changing environmental conditions (dissolved oxygen, temperature, water quality, flow rate, light intensity ,day length). The fish of cages are feeding by floating pellets which have the ability to stand in the water column. The floating pellets allows the fish to have sufficient time and opportunity for finding food. But sinking pellets pass rapidly from the cage and are inaccessible to fish. According to the Caspian sea conditions is better the extruded food equipped with Hygenizer to be used that a portion of it remains on the water surface and part of it moves gently down with an immersion mode in the water column (Softly deposited) for fish consumption. The amount, number and time of feeding are important factors to assess the nutritional activities. In general, fish feed from dry food between 2 to 3 percent of their body weight. Food consumption was also varied due to the quality of the food and fish physiological factors such as age, size, stage of life and stress level. Fish food distribution being fed manually or by means of demand, launcher and automatic feeding. The farm managers should pay attention to the things like water flows in the cage, wind, fish appetite, consolidated flows in the cage during food distribution as well as food storage in dry places with proper ventilation system to prevent the growth of fungi and insects activities to prevent loss of food. Also, adding antioxidants to the 100150 ppm when storing dry foods including the important cases particularly in prevention of fish liver lipoidosis disease is considered.
