Notes:
The ratio of the mean-square radius of gyration to mean-square end-to-end distance for linear chains and the mean-square radius of gyration ratio of ring to linear chains are investigated for two- , three- , four- , and five-dimensional polymers, with and without excluded volume, via Brownian dynamics. Our studies, for the Lennard-Jones repulsive interaction, indicate the universality of these ratios.
