    Notes: Abstract Light particles emission in heavy-ion collisions is considered in terms of direct-reaction mechanisms. The extreme high-energy part of the inclusive spectrum of light particles is shown to arise essentially from the stripping mechanism while the usually observed maximum of the spectrum is formed by a superposition of several mechanisms. The significance is emphasized of the heavy-fragment stripping in the synthesis of the exotic superheavy nuclei.
