    Description: The work of low-head water turbine mainly relies on the large flow rate, but the larger flow at different positions of the flow channel are easy to cause different hydraulic loss, and they may also have a poor stability. The paper based on a typical case of low-head water turbine unit over the Yellow River, according to the efficiency of the low-head water turbine and the hydraulic loss theory, and according to the real machine guide vane and the surface shape of turbine vane, and when a fixed vane turning, change the guide vane outlet angle and calculate the computing velocity and energy characteristics, then the unit was found with the high est efficiency between the 200 m 3 / s - 250 m 3 / s, and then we put forward the concept of conditions interval optimization from the angle of theory.     Description: In order to achieve penetration damage efficiently under larger standoff distance condition, a shaped charge warhead is designed on the basis of jetting penetrator charges (JPC) formation and disruption theory. The paper analyses the formation, elongation and disruption processes of JPC by using LS-DYNA software. The results show that JPC tail begins to break away at 8.5 charge diameters (CD) standoff distance. When the standoff increases, JPC head velocity decrease while JPC tail increase, and JPC length-diameter ratio increased significantly. Based on numerical simulation and theoretical investigation, it was found that the JPC still has good penetration ability at 15.5CD standoff distance, and JPC effective standoff is able to reach 20CD distance. The result provides a reference for the design of JPC warhead at large standoff distance.

    Description: This paper proposes new welding technology that combines ultrasonic processing across different phases based on laser welding (UPPLW) and laser processing technology. The welding experiment used a 1.5 mm thick titanium alloy. The specimen was made metallographically prepared and the microstructural grain size of the welded joint was rated by metallurgical processing software, verifying that this new process can refine grains and improve joint properties.

    Description: Whey is generally disposed into sewage which creates major problem of pollution besides the loss of valuable nutrients. Therefore, the aim of the present work is to develop whey-based beverage after Bod ljong cheese-making. Microbiological characterisation was characterized at different fermentation temperatures using culture-dependent on selective media and culture-independent PCR-DGGE and sequencing of dominant bands. The dominant microbiota, as revealed by PCR-DGGE, was composed by yeast affiliated to Kluyveromyces marxianus , Kluyveromyces lactis, Saccharomyces cerevisiae , and bacteria affiliated to Lactococcus lactis and Acetobacter lovaniensis . Results indicated that conventional culture method and PCR-DGGE could be combined to describe in maximal detail the microbiological composition for future implementation of whey-based kefir beverages.

    Description: With the access of distributed generations (DGs), the safe operation of distribution network has attracted much more attention. How to find out the weak nodes in distribution network is urgent to be solved. In this paper, based on complex network theory and risk theory, the improved node degree, node betweenness and node voltage over-limit risk index are proposed. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method isused togive index weights of node degree, node betweenness and node voltage over-limit risk. And the comprehensive index of the vulnerability of distribution network nodes is obtained by weighting. Finally, the feasibility of the index is verified on the IEEE33 nodes system. And accessing DGs to simulation, the influence of DGs on the vulnerability of distribution network is qualitatively analyzed.

    Description: To investigate user performance evaluation for different alarm forms on the digital interface under single dimensional information coding, such as color, shape, flash frequency, size and number, this study designed 5 visual alarm modes by following the design specification of visual alarm signal and carried out behavioral experiments for a certain radar interface. Based on the statistical analysis of accuracy rate and reaction time and comprehensive experimental interviews, the results reveal that, visual coding alarm form in the best identification performance is number and the worst is flash frequency. The research conclusions can be applied to the actual alarm interface design. It has a certain reference value for reducing the cognitive friction between the user and the digital interface, establishing a good man-machine cognitive matching relationship and perfecting the usability evaluation system of information coding.

    Description: The water quality in Ganjiang River has an important impact on the ecological environment of Poyang Lake, because Ganjiang River is an important water supply of Poyang Lake. In this paper, the electrical conductivity (ED), turbidity (NTU), suspended solids (SS), total phosphorus (NP), total nitrogen (NT), ammonia nitrogen (NH 4 -N), nitrate nitrogen (NO 3 -N), and chemical oxygen demand quantity (COD) have been considered as indicators of water quality while performing an assessment of water in Ganjiang River. We evaluated and analyzed comprehensively the quality of surface and underground water by using the Water Quality Identification Index Method.     Description: Pipeline integrity is significant to safe operation of long-range pipeline. To avoid critical failure of the pipeline, which may lead to great loss of property and life, MFL_PIG is often used to detect the corrosion and leakage of the pipeline. To accurately locate the defects, mileage pulses emitted by the mileage wheel are used to and emit signal to single-chip microcomputer for position. This paper investigates the factors that may affect the precision of mileage wheel, an important part of pipeline corrosion and leakage detector (MFL_PIG), investigate its working principle and present an optimized algorithm for mileage wheel to increase the precision of detection.

    Description: Magnetic sensors used in Above Ground Markers (AGM) to measure the magnetic field signals are one of the main parts of AGM. By collecting the change of magnetic field parameter using magnetic sensors, AGM can record the precise time when MFL_PIG is passing by the AGM. In this paper, the magnetic sensors, such as induced coil and magneto-resistive sensor, are investigated in characteristics and performance of measurement. With advantages of low cost, high resolution and wide range of measurement, the induced coil is adopted in a novel AGM. The traction test, seal ability test and temperature test show that the AGM with induced coil as magnetic sensor works well under extreme condition and reacts to change the magnetic field with high sensibility.

    Description: In order to improve the development effect of Ji 45 block and slow down the nature decline, the bacteria evaluation experiment was carried out. Six strains were screened and their adaptability, emulsifying property and viscosity reduction were evaluated. The results showed that the strains of CYY0807 and CYY0810 have significant effect on the oil under reservoir conditions. The viscosity reduction rate reached 46.9% when the two strains were compounded. The gas chromatography results indicated that the compounded strains have good degradation effect on crude oil. The light components of crude oil increased and the heavy constituent reduced. According to the physical simulation experiment, the recovery was 9.2% under Ji 45 reservoir conditions by using the compounded strains.
