Notes:
A unique humidity-controlled apparatus has been developed to test the performance of galvanic-type humidity sensors. The system has design features including one coaxial inlet-outlet tubing and a sintered pellet for the sensor material that are improvements over previously used devices. Results of experiments show that the apparatus constructed is applicable for humidity sensing up to 1000 °C.
