Technologies of remote screen sharing, remote control and network characterintercommunion were adopted in this paper to construct a cooperative design system. The methods ofdeveloping cooperative plot system by the virtual network technology and constructing cooperativeintercommunion system with web design language ASP and Access database were discussed, and theisomorphic environment collaborative design was carried out under the environment of AutoCAD,Pro-E, CAXA and so on. Finally, the function and feasibility of the developed cooperative designsystem were tested through examples
