    Description: Two aberrant species of Opiinae are described and illustrated from Vietnam, of which one is included into a new genus (Canalopius gen. n.; type species: C. periscopus sp. n.). The other species, Xynobius chrysops sp. n. belongs to an aberrant group of species near X. maculipennis (Enderlein, 1912).

    Description: An illustrated key to the currently recognized genera of the subfamily Eumeninae (Vespidae) from China is presented together with a list of 267 species and subspecies, belonging to 51 genera. Nortozumia van der Vecht, 1937 is reported for the first time from China. Two replacement names are proposed for junior primary homonyms: Ancistrocerus rufofrustius Tan & Carpenter, nom. n. replacing Ancistrocerus rufopictus (Kostylev) and Orientalicesa confasciatus Tan & Carpenter, nom. n. replacing Orientalicesa unifasciatus (von Schulthess, 1934).

    Description: Sulorgilus van Achterberg, 1994, is recorded for the first time from Vietnam and China. It is a monotypic genus of the subfamily Orgilinae (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) with one species described from Sulawesi (Indonesia). A new species, Sulorgilus devriesi Long & van Achterberg, sp. n., is described and illustrated. A key to the species of the genus Sulorgilus is added.

    A new species of the genus Plesiocoelus van Achterberg (Hymenoptera: Braconidae: Agathidinae) from Vietnam (2016)

    Description: Plesiocoelus van Achterberg is a rare genus of the subfamily Agathidinae (Braconidae). The genus was established by van Achterberg in 1990 with one Neotropical species included, Plesiocoelus bassiformis van Achterberg, 1990. Based on specimens deposited at the Institute of Ecology & Biological Resources (IEBR) and Vietnam National Museum of Nature (VNMN), the genus Plesiocoelus van Achterberg is newly recorded from Vietnam with a new species, Plesiocoelus vietnamicus Long & van Achterberg, sp. n. described and illustrated in this paper. Differences between the new species and P. bassiformis van Achterberg, are given.

    Description: Coeliniaspis Fischer, 2010 (Braconidae, Alysiinae, Dacnusini) is recorded from China and Russia for the first time. Coeliniaspis insularis (Tobias, 1998) is reported from China (Fujian), redescribed and illustrated. A key to the species of the genus Coeliniaspis Fischer is added. Coeliniaspis insularis (Tobias, 1998) and C. rufiventris (Tobias, 1998) are new combinations.

    Review of the genus Craspedolcus Enderlein sensu lato in China, with the description of a new genus and four new species (Hymenoptera, Braconidae, Braconinae) (2017)

    Description: A new genus is split off the genus Craspedolcus Enderlein, 1920 (Hymenoptera, Braconidae, Braconinae): Maculibracon gen. n. with type species Maculibracon abruptus sp. n. The genus Craspedolcus Enderlein sensu stricto is redefined, a key to both genera and to their species in China, Thailand and Vietnam is included. Craspedolcus obscuriventris Enderlein, 1920, (syn. n.) is a new synonym of C. vagatus (Smith, 1858), as Ipobracon maculicosta Enderlein, 1920 and Iphiaulax bhotanensis Cameron, 1907 of Maculibracon simlaensis (Cameron, 1899), comb. n. The genus Craspedolcus is recorded from China for the first time with two species: Craspedolcus fraternus Enderlein, 1920, and C. politus sp. n. The genus Maculibracon is represented by three species in China: M. simlaensis (Cameron, 1899), comb. n. (also present in Vietnam), M. hei sp. n. and M. luteonervis sp. n. and a fourth species is described from Thailand: M. abruptus sp. n. Hybogaster zebripterae Wang & Chen, 2008, from China (Fujian) is transferred to Iphiaulax Foerster, 1863, (comb. n.) and the following names are new combinations in Maculibracon gen. n.: Bracon lepcha Cameron, 1899; B. phaedo Cameron, 1899; B. simlaensis Cameron, 1899; Iphiaulax bhotanensis Cameron, 1907; I. laertius Cameron, 1903; I. leptopterus Cameron, 1903; I. lineaticarinatus Cameron, 1907; Ipobracon lissotomus Roman, 1914; I. maculicosta Enderlein, 1920 and I. pallidicornis Roman, 1914. Craspedolcus montezuma (Cameron, 1887) is provisionally transferred to the genus Digonogastra Viereck, 1912.

    Description: A total of 16 genera and 68 species of Chalcididae of Vietnam are taxonomically treated. Thirteen new species are described; the remaining 55 species are keyed, redescribed or provided with a diagnosis. Among these 37 species and eleven genera are recorded for the first time from Vietnam. Brachymeria calopeplae Joseph, Narendran & Joy, 1972, is treated as a valid species.
